About Us

To promote services and products on government land in Uttar Pradesh and to attract more investments in this sector, UPNEDA has developed a land information portal. This portal manages the lease dates, documents, rent information, and online payment system for land provided to promote services and products in the state.

Investors managing and setting up plants in Uttar Pradesh can update their land information by registering on the portal. They can provide information on requested and allotted land to interested developers in the bio-energy, solar energy, bio-diesel, and green hydrogen energy sectors.

After registration, their requests will be forwarded to UPNEDA for further processing. Applicants can track their applications throughout the process. Additionally, both applicants and UPNEDA will have the authority to raise and answer queries related to submitted applications and resolve problems related to land provided for plants.

Registration Process for Portal

Step - 1  To register on the UPNEDA Land Portal as an investor, fill in the Organization/Company/Firm Name, Owner’s Name, Legal Type, Mobile Number, Email ID, and Captcha in the respective fields, and click on the register button.


Step - 2  After logging in as an investor, fill in the Firm Registration/GST No., PAN No., and update your password.


Step - 3  After logging in, fill in the land details: Choose Project, Type of Plant, Plant Capacity, Land Location, Total Land Area, Govt. Obtained Land Area, Add with Gata No., Land Allotted Date, Lease Date, Lease Agreement, Expiry Lease Deed, and current status image of the land along with first payment land fee details.
